Return Policy

Dear customer, at Miss Poem, we value your satisfaction with your purchases. To ensure an easy and fast return process, we share the following information with you.

Return Conditions

• Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.
• Product Condition: The products you wish to return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Return Document: You must include the invoice or order document sent with the product during the return process.
• Return Coverage: Defective products and products damaged outside of user error are accepted for returns. Discounted and promotional products are also eligible for returns.

Return Process

• Application: You can initiate your return request via the Ticimax user panel. Log in to your panel, select the product you wish to return from the "My Orders" section, and click the "Request Return" button.
• Shipping: After generating a return code through the Ticimax system, you can send the product to the "Miss Poem Return Department" address for free using our contracted shipping company.
• Evaluation: Once your return request and product inspection are completed, the approval process will begin.
• Refund: After your return is approved, your payment will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
